Shipping & Returns

Product Related

When will my order ship out?

Most orders  for press-on nails, we will ship within 7 days after payment.

When will my items arrive?

For most countries, delivery takes 2-3 weeks. For a few countries, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please refer to the estimated shipping times below for details.
During holidays, shipping may take longer time. We will notify in advance on our website homepage. For any other delays, we will contact you via email in a timely manner.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges.  To be eligible for returns, please see below criteria:

Returns must be sent back in their original condition with no missing product (i.e., nails, file, cuticle pusher, glue).  Any chips, scratches, or distortion of the original product will void any returns.
If the product received was damaged, please provide a photo of the product and email it us at:  support@reinesprit.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation (we will refer to the delivery timestamp on your tracking order)
We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  International orders are subject to customs.  Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

Return to sender?

Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender.

Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package and needs your assistance.  

If they are unable to redeliver your package, please contact: support@reinesprit.com with details, your order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately. 

Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal may be refunded less shipping and receiving costs ($10) upon receipt of the return package.

Can l cancel my order?

  1. Please send us an email at support@reinesprit.com - cannot guarantee that your order is cancellable. If you message us and we receive the email in time, we will gladly process the cancellation.
  2. In the event where the order has been shipped out already, we will not be able to cancel the order.

How do I know what size to order?

You can follow our measurement guide to confirm your nails size. We offer 4 standard sizes(XS/S/M/L) to choose from.

 

How long will press-on nails stay on?

It depends on how you wear your nails and how you protect them:
1. Stickers: 1 to 3 days.
2. Nail Glue: 5 to 15 days.
3. Nail UV Glue Gel: 10 to 20 days.

How do I apply and remove press-on nails?

Can I reuse press-on nails?

Yes. Usually with stickers you can use your nails an unlimited number of times until you break them, or lose them.
If you use glue, you can usually use it 3 to 4 times, because there may be residual glue on the back, making it difficult for you to use them.

Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?

If applied correctly, they will not damage your natural nails. In fact, press ons are the solution to traditional manicures which damages your natural nail.
The removal of the press ons is where any possible may occur. We highly recommend you visiting our Learn page where we provide detailed instructions for how to properly remove your press ons.

Can I shower or swim with press-on nails?

It may not that statable with the sticky tabs, but with the glue is fine.

Can I trim or file press-on nails to adjust the length and shape?

Yes.Usually when you choose a suitable nail, there may be a slight problem of inappropriate size.

Our suggestion is to rub the edge of the nail with a nail file to make the nail reach the size that suits your nail.

How do I take care of press-on nails?
